SHIPPING & RETURN
We ship out orders every Wednesday and Saturday, so please bare with us as we are a small studio setup.
If the product is hampered/damaged during transit, he/she must notify via email to kritika@karasabi.com within 48 hours from the day of delivery. After the said time frame, we will be unable to assist with any refund/exchange.
Order processing starts from the day of payment receipt against the order placed. For orders placed post 18:00 hours, it begins the next day. The shipment /delivery time is an approximate time mentioned by the us against each product. Kara Sabi shall not be liable for any delay / non-delivery of purchased goods by flood, fire, wars, acts of God or any cause that is beyond the control of Kara Sabi.
In the event that a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by you (i.e. wrong name, address or contact number) any extra cost towards re-delivery shall be claimed by the user placing the order.
All Duties and taxes for international shipping shall be borne by the customer.

The user must agree to provide authentic and true information, to avoid any kind of delay or loss of merchandise. Kara Sabi reserves the right to confirm and validate the information and other details provided by the user at any point of time. If upon confirmation, such user details are found not true (wholly or partly), Kara Sabi has the right in its sole discretion to cancel the order.
